I am not an reliability expert. But as you ask for any comments......You
mention storage temperature and use the term operating temperature ranges
for the components. I assume 'storage' is what you want to do, i.e. not
operating. So I would expect larger than operating temperature ranges
acceptable. If however, you want to operate at these ranges you start a
different ball game......
