Adrian: In addition to Contech Research as already mentioned, try IBM in
Endicott N.Y. 800-934-0104. They have quite a bit of experience in mixed flowing
gas(MFG)testing. We have used them in the past for various classes and methods
of MFG testing for long term reliability and performance.
