Jim,

We do not require a prebake to guarantee our parts against Delamination. Although as I'm sure most of us board manufactures agree, we certainly feel a little more comfortable with customers that have a prebake. But we do not feel this is a requirement to ensure a good board over the wave. Just my thoughts,

Ok... this is for you board fab guys.  If I were to buy 8 layer polyimide
boards from you, who would guarantee them against delamination even if they
weren't baked prior to reflow?
