What are the recommendations for taking HASL readings on a bare
board, allowing for the variations in the HASL process to ensure
the HASL thickness is consistent throughout the whole board?

I there some definition of locations on the board, quantity of
readings, readings taken at different part technologies?

Is there a guideline in IPC-A-600 somewhere? Have TechNetters
used that as a tried and true guideline or made enhancements to
        guarantee consistency?

        Thanking TechNet in advance!
