Surface Finish Experts,
I am planing to run 50 boards with OSP Coating (Entech) on experimental
basis before we change from current HASL processed boards. My management has
asked to make a presentation after both HASL and OSP went through assembly
process. Can anyone suggest me what can I compare besides yield?
