Kathy,
According to theory, tetra-function get more dimension stable than
di-function. In generally, tetra function has higher Tg. But I found
Nanya tetra-function has just a little higher Tg than di-function. I
don't get any result indicated more stabe dimension. Taiyo PSR4000 is
one of very good solder mask from our experience. I never use Tamura
DSR2200, so there is no comment on this issue.
