Steve,
I would try Advanced Interconnections at http://www.advintcorp.com
They offer a variety of sockets for PTH and SMT along with other
eletrical interconnections and component adapters. I'm not sure of what
they have regarding mBGA but they do offer a "Design Your Own"
capability. I'm gearing up to evaluate their BGA sockets for some
developmental projects where I can't afford to lose any parts due to any
placement/removal operation, the socket/adapter is a lot cheaper. Good
luck.

Subject: [TN] ASSY[TN] Micro BGA Sockets...

Hello, hello, hello!

I'm getting ready to go on a 'NET search for a Micro BGA socket
that'll
fit a 144-pin cavity Micro-BGA, and I thought I'd check with the gang
here to
see if anybody knows where they might be had? The latest Advanced
Packaging
Magazine has a big article written by someone at Texas Instruments about
burn-
in sockets for CSP's, so I'll check TI's page first.

     Thanks in advance!!

 -Steve Gregory-

P.S. Sam, I heard the sheep b-a-a-a-a-a-ing all nite long last nite,
that
wasn't you...
         was it?
