We are currently using a water soluble mask made by Chemtronics (Chemmask
CW-8).  Our process uses a
Electrovert Aquastorm 200 which has a separate wash and rinse tank.  The
wash cycle removes all of the mask
so that none of it reaches the rinse section and its associated close loop
system.  The results of using the
Chemtronics mask have had a definite positive impact on our production
rates.
