Joe,
A few things:
1) How good a paint do you put on in the first place?
2) Is it receiving a full cure?
3) Do you people have enough room to move around in?
4) Little bottles of the same paint in a Whiteout typewriter correction
fluid bottle can solve a lot of your problems
5) We use a lot of ESD mats and these also act as very good cushions
