The outline of criteria for the acceptance of printed boards is a manufacturing or performance
specification such as IPC-6012. This document has all of the default requirements for conductor width,
spacing, solder resist, etc., that is not specified in the product definition data (master drawing). What
you'll need to do is to then prioritize which conditions or features are to be evaluated either on a
continuous or sampling basis.
