What is the cost difference between 140 C Tg laminate material and 165 C Tg,
FR-4 Glass epoxy material?
This question is with respect to some of my vendors use high Tg material
only in their shop while others use both Tg. Those vendors who uses high Tg
material tells that cost between low and high Tg is minimal. I hope it's not
another pitch to lured more customer or business from current customer.
Important: Is there any recommendation when to spell out to use high Tg
material in terms of layer count and fab thickness?
Your help will be highly appreciated.
