Because it can occur the "most people" can err on a subject, and
particularly because the question has not been framed with sufficient
information, it would be dangerous to rely on some sort of presumed
majority....

But it does appear that there is a consensus on this, based not only in
experience in theory. The short of it is that guard bands work at low
frequencies in high-impedance circuits, and not with high frequencies and
low impedances. And I thank the writer who posted URLs with good
information on this subject....
