FWIW Department ...

I personally handle spam or really bad email in the following way.
I don't remember where I learned it but I take no credit for it.

1) Suppose spammer [log in to unmask] (assuming valid email) posts to you.

2) Create the following email addresses by stripping off the "abc"
prefix so that you create three new addresses

    [log in to unmask]
    [log in to unmask]
    [log in to unmask]

3) Copy the entire post to a new email with the above new
addresses. Copy as much header info as possible near
    the top of your email.

4) Describe as briefly as possible the situation at the top
of your email. Webmasters don't have alot of time to
read through lengthy emails to find out what's going on.
Make it brief and right to the point.

5) At least one of those new addresses is valid and your
complaint is bound to get through.

6) Above all - DO NOT contact the spammer.
If anything, responses only confirm your email address.

This has been working very well for me.

Regards, Doug
