     Folks,

Unfortunately, Pete is off in the Hinterland (Germany) at a trade show
this week. Thus, he not only can't defend his honor, but he won't find
out about it until next week!

I thought EVERYONE in the industry knew Pete by now. (Jack Olsen,
you're just too funny.) If you haven't met him yet, you eventually
will--especially if you attend one of our PCB Design Conferences
(www.pcbdcon.com) or read Printed Circuit Design magazine
     (www.pcdmag.com).

Not only is Pete the Editor in Chief of PCD, but he's the author of
our very popular "Back Page" column, the PCB Design Conference
chairman AND the ring leader of the infamous, EDA R&B band, the "Porch
Dawgs," which performs at our conferences.

Have I done my duty yet?

     Ronda Faries
     Senior Editor
     Printed Circuit Design
