Okay, I must be missing something. Can someone point me to the
sentence that dictates the label is REQUIRED to be affixed? I
see where it speaks to a label and the contents of the label
terminology and visuals, but I can't for the life of me find
where it says it HAS to be affixed to the packaging! I see a
"should be", but I don't see a "must be" or "shall be"
(Maybe it's too early!)

Ian ,
in line of what George said (requirement of marking exists) ; I quickly
churned through our tone of cycled bags and confirmed that apart from
pinkies (unreliable substitution anyhow) all of the bags are marked with
antistatic ("logo = label" ?) .
The way I see it, printed or sticked makes no difference (unless you
want to attach an assurance significance to the label "seal") .
Somehow (perhaps wrongly) I presume the print is there for a reason ?
Perhaps you folks work too hard ?
See you
