Hi John
Check : http://www.bidservice. com ;
you may save some money, on the granite especially ;
a lot of the folks are moving out off the line you outlined, to digital
units ;
where basically you place the board on and all tolerances are scanned
against files ;
the speed, and "deskilled" operation ; you have a report within minute ;
even tied to SPC files .
That will cover you all the mentioned tools, but the polishing unit >
and I presume you have a microscope to go with .

If you'd be buying as you outlined new , you'd be spending the same
money on outdated technology ;
give it a thought ; we're usually to busy to note the changing times .
