Paul,
Better check those Jedec Specs again! I'm very certain the numbers in the
specification are in one direction. In other words 0 to 4 mils not +/-4
mils. Makes a big difference!
Now the manufacturer has the problem, not you.
Just for the record our company does coplanarity repair if you need us.
