I've actually found that including all of the previous message in the
responses saves space and time.  I can archive one message that has the
entire conversation in it.  This is much easier than sorting through
messages to find the answer to a question asked earlier.
Try it...you'll like it...it'll make you feeeeel good!!!
Did I mention it's Friday?
