Jeff,

Below is what I down-loaded from the OrCad web site. Hope this helps.

PowerPCB netlist and tracedwidth property

Summary:

Capture v7.20 users can now automatically create accurate PowerPCB netlists
that contain the tracewidth property.

More Information:

With this revised netlister, you now have the ability to create valid
PowerPCB netlists from designs that utilize the tracewidth property.

The netlister (pads2kw.dll) is available in .zip compressed file format via
FTP; it is compatible with PADS 2000, as well as PowerPCB.

After downloading and decompressing the .zip file, drag pads2kw.dll to the
\orcadwin\capture\netforms directory on your hard drive, then delete
pads2k.dll (it's in the same directory).

The next time you want to create a PADS 2000 or PowerPCB netlist, choose
Create Netlist from the Tools menu. Select the Other tab in the Create
Netlist dialog box. In the Formatters box you'll see pads2kw.dll presented
as an option. Select pads2kw.dll, adjust other settings as needed, and then
click OK to create a netlist.

Subject: [DC] ORCAD EXPRESS/PADS POWER PCB

Does anybody know if there is a problem with the ORCAD Express 7.2 netlist
formatter for Pads Power PCB. I seem to be getting a different netlist every
time I create it. By different I mean there have been know changes to the
schematic, but yet the net list is different every time.
