Orcad changes the default net names it assigns to nets
that you have not named whenever anything is edited. It
also reports the net connectivity in a different order.

In the past, it appeared that the last thing edited,
was the first thing it looked at.

If you can cope with the change in names and the order
the nets are put into the "list", I think you will
find it is "correct".
