I got a recommendation from a very helpful list member (thanks K.L.) about a
microvia vendor.  In the end, I was able to work around needing to use them,
so you will have to evaluate this company on your own.  Here is some of the
mail I got from them, minus the advertisement.

Power Circuits is now producing PCB's with "micro-via" technology.
At this time we able to produce a 4 mill diameter via in very dense blind
via applications using our YAG UV laser drilling system.

I am presently pushing the use of MicroVias to the management here at
LXE. One issue that will be raised is how prolific the technology is.
Sole sourcing or even having just a handful of sources is never a good
