I am looking for a couple of different things......

1.  Trying to locate information (IPC Std??) dealing with length of time a
board can be stored.  We have
      a situation with old boards now being populated & mfg is having
soldering problems.  They were
     populated dispite seeing oxidation in/on the thru-holes.

2.  Would like a listing of all IPC Standards that deal specifically with
the design of PCB's.  Possibly
     looking for those that deal with the assembly of boards also.  Also
need to know how to obtain these
    standards for my office.

Would appreciate any help someone can give me.
