First let me start with "I don't know diddle about Cadstar"

I was able to get the files opened and all looks good.

My problem is I need to change the Title format from the old company to our
company's format. I have both a DXF out of autocad and a PDF file out of
PCAD/Accel EDA of the new format.

I believe I need to make a document symbol in Cadstar to bring into the
schematic sheets. How do I do this?

If the seat you have isn't up to the version of the drawing you have, let me
know.  I can archive it back to you in a file you will be able to access.  Also
-
Cadstar has a viewer available.  This may be something you want to look into.
