'software', then 'Convert', and finally 'download'.

This is a very impressive convertor, with tabs that allow selection
of the types of units to convert (length, mass, etc.) and selection
of input and output units.  You can hide the tabs for unit types you
may not be interested in, and you can define and add your own
conversion formulas from a dialog.

The package is free, and unlike some of the others which required
an online connection or a spreadsheet running, it runs standalone
under Windows.
