We are manufacturers of Transformers & Coils in India. We manufacture SMT transformers . The spec for coplanarity is better than 0.1mm. We are looking for a machine to:
1. Check coplanarity and detect errors
2. Correct coplanarity

Could any one help me in giving sources of such equipments or methods to solve this problem?
