Phil,

I think you are being unfair. In my opinion what Rudy said is as close to an
endorsement as you could expect and he is factually correct, or do you
maintain that your system will control the three parameters as accurately as
three independent controllers do?

I guess we are really talking about HCl and Oxidiser because you probably
add water by SG control anyway. In my experience you have to add them in
varying amounts depending on the type of work processed and no system which
controls both from one parameter can be as effective. If your system adds
both in a fixed ratio then it will be more variable than using Conductivity
and ORP controllers to add them separately as required.

This is not to say that yours is not a good system, it clearly is, but you
have to recognise the limitations.
