Can anyone tell me where to get information about static charge
dissipation?  I have information from vendors on their products, where
of
course everyone pushed their product.  I don't have a good feel for the
principle behind ionization.  I'm looking for more of a theoretical
source
for the phenomena.  Any insight is good for me.  I anticipate your
responses
