We are using a standard 2oz copper onto FR4 double sided board. We expect
tracks in some areas to be subjected to temperatures between 135 and 140
degrees C. I have some reliability questions for which I need some
guidance;

   What is the maximum duration that copper tracks could reliably be
   subjected to for FR4 laminate
   What the maximum temperature would be that 2 oz copper could be
   subjected to for FR4 laminate
   What the long term effects would be.

If anyone has any experience in this field or could point me in the right
direction I would appreciate it

Regards
Greg Way
