I've never seen a batch cleaner yet that would remove RMA from SMT
assemblies. I've worked with both Batch cleaners and in-line cleaners
and have learned that batch works great with thru-hole components, but
you really need an in-line cleaner to clean under SMT parts.  Good Luck!
