Inspection criteria for 610
I think the meaning here is 1.75 power and if you see a defect but you can't
tell the exact defect then you can turn the magnification up to 4.0 power.  I
don't think it is 40 power.  The case would be for example is it a scratch on
the lead exposing basis metal or poor plating.  Turning the magnification up
to 4.0 power shows it is a scratch on the lead.  Only to identify the exact
defect is the magnification turned up.  I am not an expert so take my advise
at a limited basis.
