I am looking for specifications regarding allowable PWB flex for SMT
components, specifically for different PCB materials that we use
(i.e., Chem1, FR4).
I HAVE SEARCHED THE ARCHIVES, and I have only found one reference to
an article on chips from EXPO SMT 1987,pgs 37-48 (anyone still have a
copy of that layin' around??)
SO...can anyone out there help with references for this info??? Thanx
in advance!
