TACTech is a service provider specializing in the following, but only for
military applications:

1.      Life Cycle Analysis
2.      Source and Source Depth Analysis
3.      Continuous Real-time Partslist Monitoring
4.      Obsolescence Notification
5.      Part Number / Parametric Look-up Tools

Is there a similar service that exist for commercial components.  Of
particular interest is in obsolescent management.  Thanks in advance.
