Hi All!

I was wondering if there was anyone out there who has studied the
thermal degradation of PWBs (FR4 epoxy based) and has an Arhenius
equation for the reduction of thermal/mechanical/breakdown effects as a
function of temperature and time at temperature?

I'm not holding my breath, but you never know?
