As long as the films are stabilized before, after and during actual use to the
same temp. and RH it will not affect the dimensional stability. However, if
the use is at higher RH and temp.  the dimensions will change accordingly.

Suggestion but an expensive one: change from 4 mil to 7 mil PET base.
