3. CTE could be related as filler concentration in turn may determine the
CTE of a material.

Subject: [TN] CTE of PCB material.

        Hi fellow Technetters and Chipnetters,

1 Does anyone know how I can measure the sensitivity of
semiconductor
        components to alpha particle radiation.

2 What will be the main emitters of alpha particles in a flipchip,
pwb/pcb
        assembly?

3 Does material TG play a role in the emissivity of organic
substrates?

4 I have also heard it mentioned the Silicon -Germanium dice is more
likely
to be affected by the emissions than silicon or Gallium arsenide. is
this
        true? if so
          why?

5 Are there any ways of controlling, reducing or eliminating these
emissions, perhaps by laser treatment etc.

I am looking forward to receiving all your replies Thanks.
