Good Afternoon,

We have received a board spec in German.  The material call out is

6M15FR4I36K35

We have interpreted this to mean:

6M - 6 layer
15 - 1.5mm overall thickness
FR4 - FR4
I36 - 0.36mm core (0.014")
K35 - 35uCu (1oz Cu)

Could someone please verify this?

Is this a standard euro spec (if so whose, and how do I get more
information on it) or just this companies internal spec.
