Mathew,

Heres another long shot!

Check the height of your resistors and compare them the the height in the
part data that applies to them. If the Height information is too low then the
resistor is pressed further down onto the PCB than required.  If you are
using under board support directly blow the resistor this may cause
enough pressure to crack the resistor.

This is gust a guess, but who knows.
