With reference to 'webbing' between pads to minimise bridging I had a bad
experiance a fey years ago with one particular pcb supplier who could not get
the registration of the mask right, I think things may well have improved now
but at the time we moved away from 'webbing' and consentrated on fine tuning
the process, the end result being if your process is correct no webbing will
be required.
