Dear sir/madam,
I am in the process of panel design for the FR-4 double sides 1 oz PCB,
0.4 mm thickness and 1.475 x 1.087 square inch dimension. This is the first
designing job for me, I'm looking for the information about the V-cut and
perforation requirement. Does anyone can give me some information regarding
the following I will appreciate very much.
1. The critical requirement for panel designing.
2. With the 0.4 mm thickness substrate, should I select the v-cut technic
or perforation technic for depanelling to serve the firm board during
assembly and easy to brake after assembly.
3. How to calculate the v-cut depth relate to the substrate thickness.
Further information that is necessary for panel design please advise.
I look forward to hearing from someone.
With best regards,
Noppadol S.
