Although I have no experience with palladium as a PCB finish I do know that palladium is used in automotive
catalytic convertors.  Its melting point is almost 3000 degrees F.  This is more than six times as high as
that of tin (447 degrees F).  I would guess that it's corrosion resistance far exceeds tin due to its use
in auto cats.
