After some hair-pulling experiences with co-planarity and 160-pin
PQFP's, you have my sincere sympathy if you are trying to use this. We
have instituted spec's that require our designers to pursue BGA
packaging if the I/O is >120 pins, and if you can still influence the
design I would recommend this. Good Luck!
