All,
What methods should I use to distinguish the differences between
standard Black Oxide and White Oxide (DuraBOND) on finish fabs.
The fabs I have are 4 layer with one case being 4 signals and the
other 2 signals/2 planes.
I peeled several fabs with a basic Xacto knife and was shocked at the
low peel strength, considering I peel the laminate apart by hand. I
presume this is the fab with White Oxide. I want to avoid
cross-sectioning since I do not have such services in-house.
Thanks.
John Gulley
