Dear members,
We are doing the optoelectronic component. How to align the Optical
sub-assembly (OSA) to the detector (fiber cable) is a challenging.
First we need to align the OSA to the detector. Second we need to use
the epoxy to fix the position. The epoxy must be fast UV cured.
The OSA will be offalinged after the epoxy is cured due to the
shrikage of material.
Now we are seek an epoxy for alignment purposes. It should have
following features,
(1)fast UV cure less than 20 seconds
(2)moisture resistance
(3) small shrinkage
Any information about the alignment or epoxy is appreciated.
