All,
We are having some problems with a backplane PCB. There appears to be some sort
of material bridging some conductors under the conformal coat on the solder side
of the PCB.
The material appears in various colors, but mostly appear as a blue-green to
black color. This material is also conductive (which is how we found the
problem.....the unit failed electrical test).
The boards are not subjected to any environmental stresses prior to discovering
this problem.
