I have one copy of it.  Which pages or sections are you interested in?  You can call me to discuss

The Federal Register notice you mentioned has been incorporated into the CFR.  You can download the latest
one  40 CFR 403 (General Pretreatment) and NPDES (40 CFR 122) from the PWBRC.  Go to the PWBRC home page
(http://www.PWBRC.org) and click on "Compliance Assistance."  Then click on "Plain Language Guide to
Regulations."  That's all I'm going to tell you.  If you can't locate the items you are looking for, I have
failed.
