I want to know if it is necessary for an OEM company to set up its own workmanship standard and inspection
criteria instead of following the industry standards, like IPC.
Can anyone tell me what are some of the benefits of having its own guideline?

I am also trying to find some online papers on BGA inspection on board level using X ray machine. If you
came across one, please let me know where can I obtain a copy. Thanks in advance.
