Johannes,

I have tried this type of stencil. It was made by a company in Canada
called KJ Marketing. It worked extremely well. The material is laser cut,
and as a result of the heat from the Laser the walls of the apertures are
perfectly smooth. The release of paste was outstanding. It performed as
well or better than a pure nickel stencil.

Alignment was made easy due to the ability to see through the stencil.

The material can be melted down and used again, and it does not stretch as
much.

You should try it out yourself and see what you think.

Thanks,
Kathy Palumbo
