     Eden,

     By the sounds of your question, I think you need to take a look at the

     "real" problem here before jumping to any conclusions.  Does your PCB

     even need conformal coating from an operating environment standpoint?

     Don't use it to "band-aid" a real problem, which in this case would

     make it worse.  It sounds like you  need dryer PCB's from your vendor

     (look at their process; are they using treated H2O in their washes?).

     I would not get into doing conformal coating if you really don't need

     it!
