PTFE is a thermoplastic. At soldering temperatures, the peel
strength is ZERO. Rogers has an applications note measuring copper peel
strength vs. temperature that will confirm this.

For hand assembly, controlled temperature soldering irons should
be used. You have to keep an eye on the operators because the like to
turn the temperature up so that their work goes faster.

Secondly, the solder or solder wick should be removed from the
work before the soldering iron. Most operators think they remove them
both at the same time, but in reality one comes off a fraction of a
second before the other. As soon as the heat source is removed, the
solder begins to solidify. The dielecric has a very low thermal
conductivity and is slow to cool down. The peel strength is still zero
and it takes very little to lift lines.

Let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
