Alex,
        chemical compatibility is no problem , however introduce air and
most pumps will not work well.
I have used a lot of different types of pumps and for pumping aerated
solutions and slurries of highly reactive chemicals, (Conc. reagents) I
rely on Teflon piston pumps for very small volumes and Teflon diaphragm
pumps for larger volumes. Several manufacturers are out there that can
supply the pumps , Rupp is one supplier , If you have access to
Cole-Parmer catalog they have one listed in there , There are a few
companies that advertise in Micro , and Cleanroom magazines.
